Giles Potter BCom, MBS (Hons)
Giles Potter established Great Outcomes in 2001, after holding senior roles in AGC Finance, a subsidiary of Westpac NZ, and in PSA Finance PLC, London UK. At Great Outcomes, Giles has developed and led the consulting practice gaining clients in the government and corporate sector. In 2016 Giles was integral to Great Outcomes being appointed a member of the NZ All-of-Government Consultancy Services panel in four categories: Business Change, Human Resources, Operations Management and Risk, and Policy, Research and Development.
Giles has won and led partner relationships for Great Outcomes with 8×8 Global Cloud Communications, injixo WFM and The Call Center School (USA).
In 2017, 8×8 was named a Magic Quadrant Leader, UCaaS, Worldwide by Gartner, and has been for six consecutive years.
Giles has qualifications from Auckland University (BCom) and Massey University (MBS Hons), has been a committee member for TUANZ, an advisory board member for the Contact Centre Institute of New Zealand, and is currently a member of the Research Association of NZ. Giles has worked as a judge on the national contact centre industry awards.
