We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our Melbourne team on a maternity leave cover contract through to July 2026. Reporting directly to our Director, you’ll manage all marketing activity across Australia and New Zealand - shaping campaigns, generating leads, and driving sales pipeline growth.
You’ll lead initiatives across multiple channels including CRM, EDMs, social media, our website, and sales events, while working closely with the Sales team and our external partners.
This is a hands-on, strategic and tactical role with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign execution, event planning, and vendor/partner collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
> Own and execute the marketing lead pipeline strategy.
> Manage workflows in HubSpot CRM, including lead capture, nurture, and qualification.
> Plan and deliver sales events and webinars.
> Design and execute marketing communications strategies, engaging contractors as needed.
> Drive content creation across social media, client case studies, EDMs, and campaigns.
> Manage campaign reporting, analytics, and oversee database maintenance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
> A strong communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.
> Organised, with proven planning and campaign management capability.
> Skilled at building relationships across teams, partners, and vendors.
> Creative, with experience producing and managing digital content.
> A team player.
We will also consider applicants who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and gain experience.
It’s a bonus if you have:
> Prior experience in cloud applications, subscription-based technology, contact centre and service centre industries.
> Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Zoom, Canva, Campaign Monitor, and CMS platforms.
Additional Details
> Applicants must have the right to work in Australia for the full contract period.
> This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office (L5, 440 Collins St) and requires in-office work unless otherwise agreed.
> Occasional travel across Australia and New Zealand may be required, so make sure your passport is up to date.
